NYATITI MEDICINE(2021) , a docudrama by Mama C aka Charlotte Hill O’Neal and her team of Tanzanian film makers that tells the story of Nia a sufferer of obstetric fistula who triumphs in the end! with several still relevant issues including early forced marriages; girls right to education, obstetric fistula, abuse, music medicine, and more.

It is meant to sensitize global communities about the tragedy and possibilities of recovery from obstetric fistula, an ostracizing affliction that impacts thousands of women across Africa, the middle east and India but is little known in the west.

NYATITI MEDICINE written and directed by Mama C and filmed on location in Tanzania, is dedicated to those women who have managed to rise above the awful reality of obstetric fistula
