DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to invite you to our next edition of Tukutane Nafasi this Saturday\, 3 April @ 6pm for the official exhibition opening of IMAGINED ENCOUNTERS\, featuring work by South Korean contemporary art collective BANG & LEE and 9 artists\, curated by members of the Curatorial Academy at Nafasi and Kristina Dziedzic Wright. \nThis exhibition is the result of a month-long artistic and curatorial workshop and virtual exchange\, exploring how patterns and design represent cultural symbols and concepts that can create connections across time and space. \nAfter the exhibition opening\, we’ll also be screening Sun Ra: A Joyful Noise by Robert Mugge and other films inspired by the concept of utopia! 🪐✨ \nHope to see you there!
