Maya Kitururu is an accomplished Tanzanian actress, poet, singer, and artist manager. She is the Planning and Finance Director of Ngoma Afrika Performing Arts Company; a Community Based Educational Communication Firm based in Morogoro as well as a member of the Creative Industry Network Tanzania (CINT), an organization promoting Tanzanian Artists’ advocacy and development.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience and knowledge related to social development, especially in the use of artistic methodologies in working closely with community, children and youth.
She also has fifteen years of experience with Tanzania Tobacco Processors Ltd management covering day-to-day activities in its operations.
